Over time, many product owners become numb to issues or workflows that impact their customers and or users. That’s when getting a Fresh Perspective from an experienced individual can be beneficial. Fresh Perspective Details:
I start with a thorough investigative search to see how and where you are found. If I can’t find you, chances are, your potential customers can’t find you either.
I start from scratch as a customer and go through the entire process of purchasing and using the product and or service.
I review purchase receipts, emails, upsell opportunities, and upgrades. I review the website, documentation, and test the customer support system.
In the audit, I provide an overview of my New User Experience. This is a treasure trove of information as you can only be a new user once.
I provide a detailed Google Document and short screencasting videos that explain friction points, areas ripe for improvement, and any revenue generation opportunities I discover. I contact you immediately to handle any items I deem critical.
Reviews are completed within two weeks.
After the review is completed, the document remains open so we can collaborate on fixes and maintain a line of communication.
There’s also a 30-60 minute virtual call to review the results.
If I can’t locate any meaningful improvements within two weeks, I’ll give you your money back, no questions asked.
